IVU2PTGI06 Description
Banner Engineering IVU2PTGI06 is a grayscale image vision sensor kit featuring a 0.36 Megapixel resolution. It is designed with a built-in touchscreen and a 6mm optical lens. This sensor is equipped with an infrared (IR) LED ring light for illumination and has the capacity to store up to 30 inspections. The housing is black, made from thermoplastic with an acrylic window. For connectivity, it comes pre-equipped with a 12-pin Euro-style M12 male connector for power supply, alongside 2 x 4-pin M8 connectors (female + male) for USB and Ethernet connections. It supports Ethernet/IP, Modbus TCP, RS-232, and PROFINET communication protocols. The sensor operates on a supply voltage range of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with 12Vdc and 24Vdc as nominal. It is designed for C-mount mounting and has a net height of 79 mm, width of 81 mm, and depth of 52 mm. The ambient air temperature for operation ranges from 0 to +45°C. It offers a degree of protection rated at IP67 and includes 1 x digital output (PNP/NPN transistor). The lens type is 6mm, and it operates with a refresh rate of 60fps.
