Banner Engineering K50RPFF100GREQ is a pick-to-light component from the EZ-LIGHT series, designed for optical sensing with fixed field infrared (IR) sensing LED illumination. It features a black housing with a dome window shape, constructed from polycarbonate (PC) for both the diffused window and the base. This part is pre-wired with a 6" / 15cm pigtail that terminates with a 4-pin M12 Euro-style QD connector. It operates on a supply voltage of 12Vdc-30Vdc, with 24Vdc nominal. The K50RPFF100GREQ can be mounted via surface / base M30 / 1/2" NPSM thread, and has a 50mm / 2" dome diameter. It is designed to operate in ambient air temperatures ranging from -40°C to +50°C and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, IP69K, NEMA 4X, NEMA 13, UL type 4X, and UL type 13. The operating mode includes a momentary job light (G; Green) that is ON when the job input is active, touch activates output only, touch with inactive job input activates mispick light (R; Red), and NC (Normally Closed) touch output. It features 1 x digital input (12-30Vdc; PNP) for JOB color control and digital outputs including 1 x digital output (12-30Vdc; PNP) for Touch and 1 x digital output (12-30Vdc; PNP) for Mispick, with a sensing distance of 100mm.
