Banner Engineering M18TUP14Q is a non-contact Infrared (IR) temperature sensor/transmitter belonging to the M18T series. It features a design incorporating Germanium lens and TEACH mode for precise temperature measurement. The sensor operates with an infrared light color and has an M18 cylindrical threaded/barrel shape. Its construction includes a stainless steel 304 housing, ABS / Polycarbonate (PC) push button housing, Thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) push button, Germanium lens, and Acrylic light pipes. This model is pre-equipped with a 5-pin Euro-style M12 connector for connectivity. It requires a supply voltage of 12Vdc-30Vdc, with 24Vdc nominal, and can measure temperatures ranging from 0 to +300°C. The ambient air temperature for operation is specified between -20 and +70°C. The M18TUP14Q offers a degree of protection rated at IP67 NEMA 6, ensuring durability in various environments.
