MIAD9CVQ Description

Banner Engineering MIAD9CVQ is a photo-electric sensor designed for precision detection in a variety of industrial applications. This sensor features a convergent mode with potentiometer adjustment and is mounted using an M18 threaded mount. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +70°C and is housed in a thermoplastic casing with an acrylic lens. The MIAD9CVQ is pre-equipped with a 4-pin Euro-style M12 connector for easy integration into existing systems. It belongs to the MIAD9 NAMUR series and offers a high degree of protection, rated at IP67 and compliant with multiple NEMA standards, including 1, 2, 3, 3S, 4, 4X, 6, 12, and 13. The sensor operates on a supply voltage of 5Vdc to 15Vdc, with a nominal voltage of 12Vdc, and has a rectangular shape. It provides a sensing distance of 16mm and utilizes visible red light for detection.
