PIA115U Description
Banner Engineering PIA115U is a fiber optic sensor designed for through-beam system applications, functioning as an opposed mode pair of individual fibers positioned side by side with right-angled sensing. This sensor falls under the Plastic fiber series and features a cylindrical (smooth) end tip. It is constructed with a stainless steel sensing end and a plastic fiber with a polyethylene (PE) fiber sheath. The fiber optic sensor has a diameter of 0.91mm at the end and a 0.25mm fiber core. It is designed to operate in ambient air temperatures up to +70°C and has a length of 6ft / 2m.
