Q20PDLQ5 Description
Banner Engineering Q20PDLQ5 is a long-range photo-electric sensor designed for a variety of applications requiring precise detection. This sensor operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +60 degrees Celsius and features a diffuse mode with potentiometer adjustment for fine-tuning. It comes pre-wired with a 6-inch (150mm) pigtail that terminates with a 4-pin Euro-style M12 connector, ensuring easy integration into existing systems. Part of the Q20 series, it boasts a rectangular shape with a thermoplastic housing, providing a degree of protection rated at IP67 NEMA 6 against dust and water ingress. The Q20PDLQ5 operates on a supply voltage of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with nominal voltages of 12Vdc and 24Vdc, and offers a sensing distance of up to 800mm. It emits visible red light at a wavelength of 624 nm and supports both Light-ON and Dark-ON operating modes. Additionally, it features a single digital output (PNP transistor) and responds rapidly with a response time of 0.8ms (0.0008 seconds).
