Banner Engineering Q25AW3REQ1 is a photo-electric sensor designed for through-beam system applications, featuring an emitter and receiver pair. It comes with an M18 threaded mount for installation and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +70°C. This sensor is part of the Q25 AC series and is equipped with a 4-pin 1/2" micro connector for connectivity. It supports a supply voltage range of 20Vac to 250Vac, with nominal voltages of 200Vac, 220Vac, and 240Vac. The Q25AW3REQ1 offers a high degree of protection rated at IP69K NEMA 6P, making it suitable for demanding environments. Its rectangular shape is constructed from a thermoplastic housing with a polycarbonate lens. The sensing distance is up to 20 meters, utilizing infrared light with a wavelength of 950 nm. It operates in Light-ON mode and includes a digital output (Solid-state AC output; SPST contact type) with a response time of 16ms or 0.016 seconds.
