Banner Engineering QS18EN6CV15 W/30 is a photo-electric sensor from the QS18 Expert series, designed with a convergent mode TEACH mode for precise sensing applications. It features an M18 threaded mount for secure installation and is equipped with a pre-wired 30ft / 9m cable terminated with bare end flying leads for easy connection. This sensor operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +70°C and is housed in a durable thermoplastic with a Polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) lens, ensuring its operation in challenging environments with a degree of protection rated at IP67 NEMA 6. It supports a supply voltage range of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with nominal voltages of 12Vdc and 24Vdc, and offers a sensing distance of 16mm. The QS18EN6CV15 W/30 emits visible red light and can operate in both Light-ON and Dark-ON modes, featuring a single digital output (NPN transistor) with a rapid response time of 0.6ms / 0.0006 s.
