QS30E Description

Banner Engineering QS30E is a photo-electric sensor designed for through-beam system applications, functioning as an emitter within the QS30 DC voltage series. It features an M30 threaded mount for secure installation and is equipped with a pre-wired 6.5ft / 2m cable that terminates with bare end flying leads for easy connection. The sensor operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +70°C and is housed in a thermoplastic casing with an acrylic lens, ensuring durability. With a supply voltage requirement of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, nominally at 12Vdc or 24Vdc, it offers a sensing distance of up to 60 meters. The QS30E emits infrared (IR) light and boasts a rapid response time of 5ms. It is designed to meet IP67 and NEMA 6 degrees of protection, making it suitable for various industrial environments.
