QT50ULB Description
Banner Engineering QT50ULB is an ultrasonic distance sensor/transmitter featuring a time-of-flight system for precise measurement. It is designed with an M30 threaded mount for secure installation and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +70°C. This sensor is part of the QT50ULB series and comes pre-wired with a 6.5ft / 2m cable terminated with bare end flying leads for easy connection. It offers a degree of protection rated at IP67 NEMA 6P, ensuring durability in various environments. The QT50ULB operates on a supply voltage of 13Vdc-30Vdc, with a nominal 24Vdc, and is housed in a rectangular, thermoplastic casing. It operates at a 75kHz transmission frequency and can detect objects within a sensing distance of 20cm to 8m. For safety, it includes short-circuit protection and provides 1 x analog output (0-10Vdc / 4-20mA) for versatile connectivity.
