S22AMTFGREQ Description

Banner Engineering S22AMTFGREQ is a pick-to-light sensor designed with hygienic considerations, utilizing FDA-grade materials for both its copolyester diffused window and housing. This sensor features a capacitive touch-sensitive interface for pick-to-light operations, housed in a gray, 22mm diameter button form factor. It is equipped with a 5-pin M12 Euro-style quick disconnect (QD) connector for easy installation. The S22AMTFGREQ operates on a supply voltage range of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with a nominal range of 12Vdc to 24Vdc, and can be flush mounted in a 22mm hole. It is designed to function in ambient air temperatures ranging from -40°C to +50°C and offers protection ratings of IP66, IP67, and IP69K, indicating a high degree of protection against dust, water, and high-pressure water jets. The sensor's shape is characterized by a flat window and a threaded cylindrical barrel. It features two digital outputs (10-30Vdc; PNP/NPN) for touch and mispick detection, alongside a digital input (10-30Vdc; PNP/NPN) for JOB color control. The operating mode includes a momentary job light (green) that activates with job input, touch activation for output, and a mispick light (red) for inactive job inputs, with a normally open (NO) touch output. The current consumption is rated at 80mA.
