S22AMTFGREQP Description

Banner Engineering S22AMTFGREQP is a pick-to-light sensor designed with hygienic considerations, utilizing FDA-grade materials for both its copolyester diffused window and housing. This sensor features a capacitive touch-sensitive interface for pick-to-light operations, housed in a gray, 22mm diameter button form factor. It is pre-wired with a 6-inch (15cm) pigtail that terminates in a 5-pin M12 Euro-style quick disconnect (QD) connector. The device operates on a supply voltage range of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with a nominal range of 12Vdc to 24Vdc, and is designed for flush mounting in a 22mm hole. It can operate in ambient air temperatures ranging from -40°C to +50°C and offers protection ratings of IP66, IP67, and IP69K. The S22AMTFGREQP features a flat window and threaded cylindrical barrel shape, with one digital output for touch (10-30Vdc; PNP/NPN), one digital output for mispick (10-30Vdc; PNP/NPN), and one digital input for JOB color control (10-30Vdc; PNP/NPN). It has a current consumption of 80mA and operates in a momentary mode where the job light (green) is on when the job input is active, touch activates output only, and touch with inactive job input activates the mispick light (red) with a normally open (NO) touch output.
