SE61R Description
Banner Engineering SE61R is a photo-electric sensor designed as part of the SE61 DC series, featuring a through-beam system in an opposed mode configuration. This sensor functions as a receiver alone, housed in a thermoplastic material for durability. It comes pre-wired with a 6.5ft / 2m cable that terminates with bare end flying leads for easy installation. The SE61R operates on a supply voltage range of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with nominal voltages of 12Vdc and 24Vdc, and can function within an ambient air temperature range of 0 to +50 °C. It offers a high degree of protection, rated at IP66 and compliant with multiple NEMA standards including 1, 2, 3, 3S, 4, 4X, 12, and 13, ensuring its suitability for various industrial environments. The sensor's rectangular shape is designed for straightforward mounting, and it features 1 x digital output (PNP/NPN transistor) for signal processing. With a sensing distance of up to 1.8m and an operating mode of Light-ON, the SE61R is tailored for precise detection tasks in automated systems.
