SLLP40-420P55 Description
Banner Engineering SLLP40-420P55 is a safety light curtain from the LS series type 4 safety light curtains, designed for arm detection with a resolution of 40mm. This unit comprises an emitter and receiver pair housed in aluminum with acrylic lenses and zinc end caps. It features a pre-wired 300mm pigtail terminated with a 5-pin Euro-style M12 connector for connectivity. The protective height of the device is 420mm, and it comes in a yellow housing. It operates on a 24Vdc supply voltage and can function within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +55°C. The SLLP40-420P55 offers a degree of protection rated at IP65 and IP67, ensuring durability in various environmental conditions. The net dimensions are 36mm in width, 425mm in height, and 45mm in depth. It has a 40mm beam spacing/pitch and can sense objects within a distance of 10cm to 12m. The device includes two digital outputs (24Vdc; 500mA; sourcing; redundant OSSD solid-state outputs), one digital output (24Vdc; 100mA; sourcing/PNP transistor) for CSSI status, and one digital output (24Vdc; sourcing/PNP transistor; 70mA) for emitter fault indication. The response time is 8.2ms.
