SLPE25-270P8 Description
Banner Engineering SLPE25-270P8 is a safety light curtain from the LP Low-Profile series designed for hand detection with a resolution of 25mm. This part, functioning as an emitter alone, is constructed with an aluminium housing, acrylic lens, and zinc end caps. It features a pre-wired 300mm pigtail terminated with an 8-pin Euro-style M12 connector for connectivity. The protective height of the device is 270mm, and it has a compact design with dimensions of 28mm in width, 270mm in height, and 26mm in depth. The housing is colored yellow, and it operates on a 24Vdc supply voltage. It is designed to work within an ambient air temperature range of 0 to +55°C and offers a degree of protection rated at IP65. The SLPE25-270P8 has a 25mm beam spacing/pitch and provides a sensing distance ranging from 10cm to 7m. It emits infrared light with a wavelength of 850 nm and has a response time of 8ms.
