SM312FP1 Description
Banner Engineering SM312FP1 is a photo-electric fib. optic sensor from the SM312 series, featuring an original fib. bezel fib. optic fitting with potentiometer adjustment. It is constructed with a thermoplastic housing and plastic fib. optics. This sensor is pre-wired with a 6.5ft / 2m cable terminated with bare end flying leads. It operates on a supply voltage of 10Vdc-30Vdc, with 12Vdc / 24Vdc being nominal. The SM312FP1 can function within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +70°C and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, NEMA 1, NEMA 2, NEMA 3, NEMA 3S, NEMA 4, NEMA 4X, NEMA 6, and NEMA 12. Its rectangular shape is designed for versatile installation, and it features 1 x digital output (PNP/NPN transistor). The sensor emits visible red light and has a response time of 1ms / 0.001 s, with operating modes that include Light-ON and Dark-ON.
