Banner Engineering VS3AP5XLPQ is a polarized (coaxial) photo-electric sensor designed for retro-reflective operation. This sensor features a thermoplastic housing, glass lens, and acrylic lid cover, ensuring durability and protection with an IP67 and NEMA 6 rating. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +55°C and offers a Light-ON NO (Normally Open) operating mode. The device includes 1 x digital output (PNP transistor) and boasts a rapid response time of 1ms / 0.001 s. It comes pre-equipped with a 3-pin Pico-style M8 connector for easy installation. The rectangular-shaped sensor emits visible red light at a wavelength of 680 nm and operates on a supply voltage of 10Vdc-30Vdc (12Vdc / 24Vdc nom.), with a sensing distance of 250mm.
