Pilz PILZ-784193 is a safety relay designed for single or dual-channel operation with capabilities for safety gate monitoring, instantaneous E-STOP monitoring, limit switch monitoring, and light beam device monitoring for both type 2 (with or without test pulse) and type 4. It supports monitored manual reset and start-up testing with AND input and OR input, including a self-test feature. This part is suitable for DIN rail mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55 °C. It has a net height of 101 mm, a rated current for safety output contacts of 6A at 24Vdc (DC-1), 6A at 240Vac (AC-1), 4A at 24Vdc (DC-13), and 3A at 230Vac (AC-15). Connection is facilitated through plug-in/detachable spring terminal connections.
