Turck BI2-EG08K-AP6X-V1131/S957-S1367 is a proximity sensor within the BI...-EG08 series, designed as a short barrel embeddable inductive proximity sensor/switch. It operates with a supply voltage range of 10-30Vdc, including nominal 12Vdc and 24Vdc, and is constructed with a stainless steel housing for durability. This sensor features a pre-equipped 3-pin M8 Picofast male metal connector for connectivity, and its shape is an M8 fully threaded short cylindrical/barrel (Picoprox), ensuring a compact fit for various applications. It offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, making it suitable for use in environments where dust and water resistance is required. The sensor provides 1 x digital output (10-30Vdc; PNP) and has a sensing distance of 2mm. It includes protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity. The thread size is M8, and it operates in a Normally Open (NO) mode.
