LTX2.5E-ER10-LI0X3-H1151 Turck Linear Position Sensors

Turck LTX2.5E-ER10-LI0X3-H1151 is an encoder (linear) from the EZ-track series, designed as a magnetostrictive linear position sensor with a raised-face power consumption that increases with interrogation times and recirculations. It features a 2" null zone and dimensions of H46mm x W46mm x D198mm, with a cylindrical/rod shape. The housing and rod are made of stainless steel AISI 304 1.4301, ensuring durability. It is pre-equipped with a 5-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector for easy connection. The encoder offers protection against reverse polarity and can withstand pressures of 340bar / 5000psi permanently and 680bar / 10000psi short-term. It operates on a supply voltage of 7-30Vdc (12Vdc-24Vdc nom.) and has a 10.3mm rod diameter. Designed for operation in ambient air temperatures of -40...+85°C and storage temperatures of -40...+105°C, it boasts an IP68 degree of protection. The stroke length includes a 2" null zone, 2.5" dead zone, and 2.5" measurement span, with one analog output (4-20mA; 16-bit) and a current consumption of 40mA. Its response time is 1ms / 0.001 s, and it offers a measurement accuracy of 16-bits resolution (= 0.002mm / 2μm linear resolution), 0.002mm / 2μm linear repeatability, and 0.001" / 0.0254mm hysteresis. Additionally, it features a tri-color visual position indicator for diagnostics.
