PS001A-501-LI2UPN8X-H1141/3GD Turck Pressure Sensors

Turck PS001A-501-LI2UPN8X-H1141/3GD is a sensor designed for pressure measurement and switching, belonging to the PS500 series. It features a programmable set point range from 1-100% and a reset point range from 0.5-99.5%, with measurement units available in bar, psi, kPa, MPa, and miscellaneous. The sensor operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40°C to +80°C and is designed with a rotatable housing of 34mm diameter. It comes pre-equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and a 1/4" NPT threaded male process port for connection. The sensor offers an IP67 degree of protection and requires a supply voltage of 18-30Vdc (24Vdc nominal). Its cylindrical body is made from 1.4305 (303) stainless steel, including the wetted parts, with a ceramics Al2O3 pressure transducer and a stainless steel pressure connection. The fluid medium temperature range is -40°C to +85°C, and it can operate in either NO (Normally Open) or NC (Normally Closed) modes, which are programmable. The sensor features two digital outputs (15-30Vdc; NPN/PNP), protection against short-circuit (pulsed) and reverse polarity, and has a response time of 50 - 600ms. Its measurement accuracy includes a set point accuracy of +/-0.5% FS, analog accuracy of <=+/-0.5% FS, a response time of <3ms, repeatability of <=0.5% of the measuring range, and zero shift/span shift of <=0.15% of the measuring range per °C. The current consumption is 50mA, with time delay options for ON-delay and OFF-delay ranging from 0-50.
