PS001R-303-LI2UPN8X-H1141/S1604 Turck Pressure Sensors

Turck PS001R-303-LI2UPN8X-H1141/S1604 is a sensor designed for pressure measurement with a programmable relative pressure sensor. It features a set point range of 1-100% and a reset point range of 0.5-99.5%, with measurement units available in bar, psi, kPa, MPa, and miscellaneous. The sensor operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40°C to +80°C and has a cylindrical body with a diameter of 34mm. It is pre-equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and a 1/4" NPT threaded male process port for connection. Part of the PS300 series, it offers an IP69K degree of protection and requires a supply voltage of 18-30Vdc (24Vdc nominal). The sensor's housing and wetted parts are made of 1.4305 (303) stainless steel, with a ceramics Al2O3 pressure transducer and a stainless steel pressure connection. It can measure pressure from 0 to +1bar (0 to +14.5psig) and operates in fluid medium temperatures from -40°C to +85°C. The operating mode is programmable to be either Normally Open (NO) or Normally Closed (NC), and it supports the IO-Link communication protocol. Protection functions include short-circuit (pulsed) and reverse polarity. The response time ranges from 50 to 600ms, and it has one analog output (4-20mA; can also be used as a NPN/PNP digital output). Measurement accuracy includes set point accuracy of +/-0.5% FS, analog accuracy of ≤+/-0.5% FS, response time <3ms, repeatability ≤0.5% of the measuring range, and zero shift/span shift ≤0.15% of the measuring range per °C. The current consumption is 50mA, with time delay settings for ON-delay and OFF-delay ranging from 0 to 50.
