DSNU-3/4-4-PPV-A

Festo DSNU-3/4-4-PPV-A is a double-acting single-ended pneumatic cylinder designed for mounting via accessories. It features a round cylindrical shape with a high-alloy stainless steel cylinder barrel, wrought aluminium alloy cover, and a high-alloy stainless steel piston rod. The static seals are made from nitrile rubber (NBR) and thermoplastic polyurethane (TPE-U(PU)), ensuring operation within an ambient air temperature range of -20°C to +80°C. This model offers moderate-corrosion stress resistance (CRC Class 2) and is part of the DSNU Imperial/Inch series. It is designed based on ISO6432 with built-in magnet, adjustable cushioning at both ends, and the capability for operation with oil lubrication. Position sensing is possible via a proximity sensor. The cylinder operates with double-acting compressed air as per ISO8573-1;2010 [7;4;4] standards. It features a 5/16-24 UNF-2A male threaded rod and a 1/8" NPT threaded pneumatic port for connections. The operating pressure range is +1 to +10 bar, with a 3/4" bore size (B3/4") and a 4" stroke length (S4"). The cushioning length is 0.67".
